Good product, where was support?

I purchased this very good product that suited my purpose except for one thing, I did not want the Twitter feed images to appear (made the column to long).
After writing 2 enquiry tickets and emailing them directly I received no response. I found this surprising considering the other reviews, but have now discovered this was due to holidays and workload and received apologies for the delay.
As stated before, a very good product but it seems not for me in this case.
