Good Review Plug-in?

I’m looking to create a site where people in the neighborhood can get a WP account on my site and then leave company reviews. Also needed is where others can piggy-back on the initial reviews with their experiences with a company or service.

So each “page” would be for a particular company or service with reviews beneath that.

I looked at “WP Review”, but it seems more aimed at me doing reviews on my own site and then “possibly” allowing others to come in and review also.

So, is there a plug-in for general reviews by any authenticated user?

The user would not create content, just use a form to fill in the information for the review and maybe, sure, use the star (or other) rating system.
