Good start

  • Very neat, light and works out of the box.
    No settings provided, but it would be nice if there is an option for message composing.
    I’ve changed the message in the code, but not all users can do it, by editing the file.
    Good start though.

    It would be very easy to add in practical terms, but philosophically, I really like not having a settings page.

    I wonder if I made the strings translation-ready (which I need to do anyway) if that would suffice to add custom text, or if the emails would fire before translation took place?

    Out of curiosity, why did you need to change the text? Too simple? Too specific? Wrong context?

    I tried to keep it generic to match any circumstance.

    I changed the message firstly because it is too short, which is not very polite to the contributor, and secondly because I had to translate it.

    The plugin is exactly what I needed, but users like to have some options, especially with plugin on which depends the communication between the website team and the users.

    Okay, I’ll look into the translation option then, because that’ll kill two birds with one stone if it works correctly. I appreciate the feedback. Things get dusty without it.
