I’m in the process of finding a good, self hosted, source code snippet library so I checked this WP addon out;
It allows you to add snippets, but that’s roughly about it. I’d like it to be more robust like a real snippet manager. i.e. ability to add tags to each snippet, notes to each snippet (that aren’t in the code’s actual comments), file attachments in case I want to add full on c#/vb.net forms, categories, link(s) per snippet (linking to a full reference page for example), etc.
A good idea would be to look at offline snippet managers like Source Code Library, and/or QSnipps and include all of their features.
