good support

I bought the pro version of Tracks. Although it was not as easy as I would have liked, the support was excellent and quick which is more than I can say for my last theme. Ben gave my codes to customise it and they were easy to place.

I am not an IT expert so I am happy that it is as I wish now. I do still have to clear up the mess from my last theme but that is because I ditched the sliding image feature which made my site way too slow. I now have to go through all my photos and insert the best in the right places – at a higher resolution.
