Support for critical issue not reliable

Unacceptable assistance. Are two weeks now that I have a problem to my page regarding the user login. I explained and show through a video that if Dokan plugin is active and a user logs in, a blank page appears and the user has to force to refresh the page to be able to view his dashboard. If I deactivate Dokan the problem disappears and if I activate WC Vendor also the problem disappears. The assitance send me a video telling me that the login now works fine and he didn’t realized that DOKAN PLUGIN WAS DEACTIVATED that was the reason why the login was working fine. SO from this answer is clear that he did not even read my e-mail or watch the video I previous sent. At the beginning he activated all the plugin and said that he will contact their developers to solve the problem. After a week he did the same, deactivated all the plugin and telling me that was the server cache the problem. And this is obviously false as I demonstrated with my video and my tests and activating WC VENDOR the problem disappear. I don’t have this problem because 2 weeks waiting to solve this issue it’s causing me several serious problems and the reliability of Dokan support.
