Good support

I am currently testing free version before I commit to the paid one. At some point it wasn’t working on my website. The order bump just wasn’t showing in the cart. The support is quick once your case is assigned to a specific person. But it took some days before it got assigned to the person who helped me fix this. So while I am happy with the specific person that helped me, the case assignment could be done quicker. I will keep testing to see how the free version works from now on.
