Good support

I have been building a new website locally on my PC (which is not yet uploaded to the internet). Yet the support has been able to help me regarding most of my inqueries without being able to access my code).

I also appreciate the automatic chat-window which offers support when visiting the 8degrees zincylite theme webpage.
