Good support and lots of features in the free version

I use the free version of the plugin on many websites that I build and it does everything I need it to. Granted I mainly just use it for PDF downloads, but it does that well. The extended shortcode free addon allows for a nice tabled list of downloads that can be customized to show only the info you want (like removing the download count from public view). Their support is fast and helpful, especially for a free plugin. I definitely recommend it.
