The plugin seemed good enough that I bought the paid version, and that was pretty good too. I asked support for help under a different email than the one I paid with and they helped for a while, and then said my account was not paid. I gave proof of my account that was paid, but next time I logged in the whole support thread was deleted.
Edit: Support added my previous thread to a new one, and the issue was resolved.
