Good up to a point

This plugin does some of the things one needs like enabling one to customize theme elements like color, etc. But it doesn’t permit you to customize font sizes except in the header. It’s pretty basic. And hence of limited use.
Also, it hasn’t been upgraded in nearly 2 years. The author may have abandoned it.
