From the Rating Title and the Description, seems you’re happy with the Plugin but unfortunately, you’ve rated us by giving a one Star only. I have checked the WordPress Thread section and our Support Center also but couldn’t be able to detect any ticket of yours.

We are continuously working on improving the plugin as per the needs of the users. One-star review without any specific reason in this public forum can misguide a lot of users and also harm the reputation of our plugin. Considering all these things, I hope you will give another thought about the Rating.
