  • Nice work Dallas. But how about doing the chat from email to visitor , even during the online hours. Is it possible?

    Alsdi how can one increase or change the beep sound in wp dashboard chat is initiated by visitor

    Do you mean having the chat function like email tickets? eg. Zendesk?

    I’ll be releasing 2.0 in the next week or two, which will fix the beep issue.

    yes having it function like email tickets. BUT a bit different — Visitor initiates chat, i get it via email, i reply chat, visitor gets my reply right in the chat window, and the chat continues like that. I’ll really appreciate this.

    Email ticketing may be something we look to add once we get version 2.0 stable (should be released in the next week or two!).
