    Hello!

I have a problem. My site is running on 2 languages: English and Russian.
When somebody place an order, counts of goods in stock changes ONLY in that language on which buyer places an order.
For example: There is 1 product is stock. Buyer opens site in Russian and he buys something. When I see how many products in stock left – in Russian version it shows – “out of stock”, in English it shows – 1.
Please help!!! I need in both versions the same products in stock left!

    Thank you!

  • Hello, please excuse me for the late reply here.
We are currently investigating a similar case in our forum at wpml.org
I am in communication with the developers now about this issue and I will respond to you asap.

    Hello again,
our developers found out that there could be a problem related to broken relations between the original variation for the product and its translation.
Because of the little data that we have about your case, I invite you to submit a new support ticket in our forum at wpml.org and mention me there, so that I could take it and then I will ask you there for a credentials or database dump so that we can investigate this issue further and to see if it is the same issue as the one that we are aware of.

Please do mind that when you open a new ticket, don’t share in the first ticket any private information until a private reply is being activated. This is for your security.

Hello, I use a free version of this plagin, and to post a ticket on wpml.org I need to have a login and password, where I can get them?
No, there is all OK with relations between the original variation for the product and its translation (please find attached screen shot):

Thank you for help and understanding.

    Hello again,
Can you please clarify, what do you mean by using the free version?
In order for this plugin to work correctly, you need to have WPML core plugin and WPML Media Tranlation, WPML String Translation and WPML Translation management installed before that. This plugin depends on these plugins in order to work.

yes, this problem again because of using Polyland instead of WPML.
