Goodstore Theme is completely broken – why?

I have uploaded a fresh install of WordPress.
I uploaded Goodstore, and the Child theme.

The very moment I do that, and I login, at the top below the GoodSTore logo is what looks like a side menu of widgets from my empty blog.

Then there is the menu.
Then a product I tried to add.
Then in the footer is what looks like a menu – if memory serves me, nothing goes in the footer until I add it?!?!

When I go to Edit/Add a product, the area of the price is all wrong. When you select Subscription (I have a plugin), you normally see the screen change a little. It doesn’t. something it appears.

I just don’t know what exactly has caused this issue. The theme? The install of WordPress?
