Hi, since installing GTRANSLATE we are finding that Google is ranking pages that have been translated higher than the native language.
For example, we are in England, we type a search term into Google that relates to our website and Google will display the French version of the webpage in SERP’s higher than the English version.
Has anyone else experienced this? We put the sitemap for each of the countries that the website translates (through GTRANSLATE) into Google Search Console (as advised by GTRANSLATE help) but this didn’t solve the matter.
Any help and advice would be appreciated.
