Does the same thing happen if the Jetpack plugin is updated?

It looks like the problem is occurring with the Google +1 button in Jetpack. Google Plus has been shutdown, so that might be causing the error.

Since the site appears to be running very old versions of Jetpack and WordPress, I’d recommend making a backup of the site, then updating.

It was really connected with Jetpack. I turned off the function “sharing”, so the problem was solved locally. But if I try to update my wordpress – I see “You cannot update because WordPress 5.2.2 requires PHP version 5.6.20 or higher. You are running version 5.4.45.”.

where and how should I improve PHP version?

You’d need to ask your hosting company about updating the version of PHP being used on the site.

WordPress recommends PHP version 7.3 or greater:
