    Which section should you write your request to?
    I’ve seen people before me face the same problems. You can’t link an account and you can’t unlink a vaccount, and some errors occur during synchronization.

    I apologize for delays. Try checking if by chance the firewall on your server is blocking communication with our server. You can also verify that our address is not blocked. It’s 195.78.66.206.

    By sending a request I thought about preorder question.
