google ads below header

Folks:

My Google auto ads are unable to place ads below the header.

That’s unfortunate because that’s the best spot for putting ads so it is costing me revenue.

It will take a 300×250 permanent ad unit below the banner but it is so deep that I believe it will adversely affect readership.

Any way to get auto ads to show up there?
