Google Ads firing

My website has a single contact form, and will never have multiple contact forms.

I have setup event listeners, but when I inspect my page, I can see these event listeners never fire when a form is submitted.

I think there are also no DOM events being produced?

I’m running the latest version of the plugin and the latest version of WordPress. When a form is submitted, the web page doesn’t change. The message does send successfully and I do see the thank you message confirming the message has been sent.
