Google AdSense plugin doesn't work with Attorney?

I’ve asked for some help on other forums regarding the fact that when I use the Google AdSense plugin in my Attorney theme sites, the ads that I place in the text (between second and third paragraphs of posts, as recommended [red balloon] by the plugin) cover the text in the third paragraph.

I’ve been told the plugin is having trouble integrating with attorney. Can anyone familiar with Attorney and AdSense help me?
