google adsense revenue share for Q&A site

    Hi

    I am looking for a google adsense revenue share plugin for a question and answer site. I am looking not to reward every person but only experts.

    how I want this to run is that persons who have contributed to my site and apply to be an expert I will only allow them to receive a share of the revenue. however there answers will have to be awarded best answer.

    any plugin like that or even close?
