Google Adwords Malware

My chairty has been having issues with Google Adwords telling us our site has Malware. tried to fix it, each time, site comes back from google with malware. Scanned with Sucuri and Cpanel.

5 weeks later, I decided to uninstall the whole wordpress installation and DB and start again. I installed the default TwentySeventeen theme and just changed the images to go with my charity. Installed no plugins.

Google Ad words came back to me again, saying that my site has malware. How can the default theme and no plugins, fresh install, be detected as malware? Are they just picking on WordPress sites?

If I remove my wordpress files, I have no site. All was installed from Softaculous via Cpanel. So the files are original to repository. There is no malware on my computer either.

If a fresh install of wordpress comes up as malware – are not all other wordpress sites with google adwords affected by this? Would love to know what wordpress has to say about their CMS being targeted as malware.

My webhost says there is no malware, sucuri says there is no malware, even the Wordfence security plugin got detected by Google ad words as malware.

I don’t know what to do anymore, I have read malware guide after malware guide and if doing fresh install does not fix their malware detection, what is left to do..give up on my sponsored google ad words for my charity (which i feel like they want me to do)
