    HELLO,
I was wondering if someone could offer some help. I’ve just added the google ajax translation plugin to my site. Twentytwelve theme.
    https://www.englandculturalhomestay.com

Firstly I’d like the flags to appear on my page NOT the word ‘translate’. Does anyone know if this is possible with Ajax?
Secondly, I’d like to add it to the header but can’t find a code anywhere for AJAX.
And lastly. Is it possible when the viewer chooses their language to translate the page into they can view the whole site in the chosen language as oppose to just the page they are on?

I’d really appreciate any help. I’ve been having a lot of problems with installing different language translators and it’s a huge part of my website so I’d be REALLY grateful for any advise.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi monkeykiddo,

I visited your site and I see that you were able to show the flags instead of the word translate and that changing to a language keeps that selected language for each page selected in the site.

Did you have any questions? I’m also curious if you were able to do this with the Google Ajax Translation Plugin or did you use something else?

    Thanks!

Hi there, I used transposh in the end as couldn’t get an answer regarding AJAX.
    Thanks.
