Google AJAX Translation plugin help

At my site the translate link is at top of each page and when you click on it the pop up with the flags comes up but when you click on a flag so that it will translate the page then nothing happens???

I am using Thesis theme which sometimes needs a work around with plugins. Can anyone tell me why it’s not translating?
