    Yes, it’s possible. First, I’d say study how Google Analytics tracks clicks to a specific link, and how to set that up in your GA profile. It will be several query variables you add to the URL in your link.

    Then you would use a plugin custom template to add the query variables to the URL of the links you want to track.
