    I want to track the clicks from the whatsapp plugin.

    How can I configure the tag in Tag Manager in the event in Google Analytics 4?

    You just need to add The Google Analytics 4 Configuration tag in your GTM.

    When GA4 loads on your site, Joinchat will automatically send a “generate_lead” event when visitors launch WhatsApp.

    In preview mode it show:

    dataLayer.push({event: “JoinChat”, …})

    but i don’t know how to configure the tag in Tag manager in the event in GA4

    Debes crear el activador en Google Tag Manager y luego asociar ese activador a una etiqueta de evento con Google Analytics 4.

    Cuéntame si tienes alguna duda de como hacerlo.

You need to create the trigger in Google Tag Manager and then associate that trigger to an event tag with Google Analytics 4.
