Google Analytics

  • I followed the instructions on adding Google Analytics to my site, and not that I expected the world to come knocking down our doors, but I’m not seeing any results from even the people in the office viewing the site. I’m wondering if I did it correctly. I added the google analytics script into the php snippet code into the child functions.php. The site is wifss.ucdavis.edu Any ideas?

    Hi,
    You just have to hook your Google analytics rendering function to the wp_head hook.
    SEO plugins are doing that trough WordPress admin if it is better for you.
