Google Analytics and Nitropack doesnt match in counting of site traffic

  • Over 50% in-discrepancy in counting site traffic between Google Analytics and Nitropack !!

    I used it from 14th April to 26th April 2021. Which company i should trust?
    Google or Nitropack? The answer was easy because of 0 support by Nitropack.

    I cancelled the contract.

    They are writing Bot messages like
    – I will forward your case to our Technical support team who will get back to you with more information.
    – I will forward your case to our Technical support team who will get back to you with more information.
    – I have escalated your request to the R&D team and they will review the logs. I will contact you as soon as I have any update.

    0 words about. Try this, or try that, or deliver the following informations. The business model seems buy and be a silent customer.
