    Hi,

I always use this plugin but since the last update, my statistics have dropped significantly : before 05/22 3 000 visits per day and now 100/day. Is there any problem with the plugin ? Because Google Analytics says that my UA code is missing while I did’nt change anything on my website and in the general settings the code appears well.

    My website: https://www.votreassistante.net/

    Thank you.

  • Hi,

In your administration area, under Google Analytics -> Tracking Code -> Tracking Type please check if tracking is enabled, it should be set to Analytics.

If that looks okay, try to uninstall and reinstall the plugin. Maybe something went wrong during the update. Don’t forget to reauthorize it with the same Google Account!

Here’s how you can check if the tracking works properly https://deconf.com/check-google-analytics-tracking-works/.

If you still have questions, let me know.

    Hi,
I reinstall the plugin thursday evening so the change wasn’t blatant yesterday but this morning yes.
So it was just a problem when I updated the plugin.

    Thank you.
