Hello I have used your plugin before, it works fantastic, however this time it didn’t. I heard it was a library issue or something. But you FAQS page no longer has a lot of information to read about this problem.

I followed all the steps to allow the authorization to work. However after I enter in the code, the page turns up blank I’m still in the dashboard, just nothing shows up for the plugin side.

here is a list of my plugins I use.
    Adminimize
    Advanced Custom Fields
    Captcha
    Disable Comments
    FooBox HTML & Media Lightbox
    FooGallery
    Formidable
    Formidable Math Captcha
    Google Analytics Dashboard for WP
    HTML Page Sitemap
    InfiniteWP – Client
    Meta Slider
Meta Slider – Pro Addon Pack
    TinyMCE Advanced
    WooCommerce
    WordPress SEO – by Yoast

I looked in the FAQS page and everything nothing helps me answer this.

Ask your hosting provider about that, you need to have PHP cURL with SSL support.

On a VPS you’ll just need to enable SSL support or to load libcurl with SSL support.

I see the error message “Problem with the SSL CA cert” but my server is up to date with all latest packages. Also the path to the files is correct and have premissions

FYI: the server is not properly configured.

You haven’t specified your operating system, on CentOS you can fix it like this:

    https://blog.unixy.net/2013/08/curl-77-problem-with-the-ssl-ca-cert-path-access-rights-resolved/

Your issue was already discussed in this forum, so please try to avoid interrupting other people threads by posting unrelated errors/issues in a resolved topic.

    hello Alin
you said in your last comment that “the issue was already discussed” but i cant find the post where this specific error was addressed. can you please point me in the right direction. i appreciate it. thank you ??

@legion1978 I was talking about the last issue. Please open your own thread by creating a new topic and describing the exact error you have.

    thanks
