No, it means that the PHP on your server has already been upgraded or that you installed to a server running PHP 5.4. You will need to make the change mentioned in the second posts on the stackoverflow thread.

Sorry about that. I haven’t had time to fix this until just this weekend. It should be fixed in version 2.0.4 of the plugin.
