google analytics dashboard not showing

You’ll want to test for a theme or plugin conflict by deactivating all plugins (except for Google Analytic Dashboard) and activating the default theme and seeing if that fixes the issue.

If it does, then reactivate them one by one until you can determine the culprit.

Once, you know which one is causing the conflict, please let us know.

Having the same issue today. Says report unavailable and shows 0 online now. Google analytics is showing plenty online and full date, but this plugin isn’t. Started today.

No upgrades, new plugins, new theme, removed plugins, at all in two days, and everything was working great last night. This isn’t a conflict (conflicts don’t develop without changing code somewhere, somehow, and I haven’t – I’m the only one with access, and no hack either, scanned and protected, plus no other failures on the site, just this plugin).

What’s up with it not showing any data? Had report data earlier, just not “Now Online,” but now there is no data in the dashboard widget. Again, Analytics is reporting fine on the Google console.

@famarinu – I went to GADWP general settings and cleared the cache (next to the “Clear Authorization” button), then hit the other beside it to report and clear errors. My dashboard widget is working fully now. Maybe that will work for you too. If not, also clear the authorization and reauthorize with Google. That was suggested when it had the above error.

As for the plugin author, if you have debug info built in, why on earth did you assume it was a conflict instead of jsut asking for that info first? Terrible tech support.
