In the plugin settings all of the followings are correct: Account, Property, Google AnalyticsMeasurement ID, Google Tag ID
    The Code Snippet is inserted
Despite this G Analytics doesn’t display anything for a few weeks, although before it was working perfectly.

On “Web stream details” Google displays this confirmation message: “Data collection is active in the past 48 hours.” but as I said, no data is displayed, not for the previous days, no real time users, despite the fact that our site has many visitors daily.

Thanks for reaching out @valdinia. If you’d like to share the following we can investigate this further or point you in the right direction.

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
    2. A screen recording of your experience, demonstrating what you see on the Site Kit dashboard and then clicking on the “Source: Analytics” link, so I can see what’s displayed from Analytics directly. You can use a service such as?Loom?to share a screen recording, while using the?same form?to share this privately if preferred.

Note that what is displayed within the Site Kit dashboard is pulled directly from a users Google Analytics account via the Analytics API. This means the figures should closely match. What may be happening in your case could be that something is blocking reporting or another plugin is impacting the snippet placed by Site Kit. We’ll know more once we have the above.

Thanks for sharing your Site Health information @valdinia. From reviewing your site, I can see that there may be a WP Cerber block for that could potentially be impacting Analytics visits.

I can also see that your CookieLaw configuration may be impacting Analytics reporting, as per this screenshot from the checks I performed on your site.

From reviewing the screenshots you also shared, it looks like Site Kit is reporting what you’re seeing from analytics.google.com, and it’s more a case of you having lost traffic since around 15th August. Site Kit is displaying your traffic from the previous 28 days, and not only data from when your site was not reporting.

If you can temporarily deactivate your Cookie Consent plugin, along with WP Cerber, I can check your site once more and Analytics is reporting site visits as expected. This would indicate no issue with your Site Kit configuration, and more a consent management and/or security plugin configuration.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

There we go, problem solved! In .htaccess we enforced a too strict Content Security Policy. That was the cause.

Nice find @valdinia, appreciate the update. Some plugins, in particular security related plugins as you had active, can impact Site Kit setup and behavior, and can make changes to a users .htaccess file.

If you run into any further issues be sure to reach out. Thank you!
