    Hi,

    Popupally works good for me so far. I love the interface as well.

    Question: I want to track the sign ups with google analytics.

    I could add something like
    onClick=“_gaq.push([‘_trackEvent’, ‘Join’, ‘Sign Up’, ‘homepage’]);”

    to the html part in the Popupally Style Settings, thus making it this:

    <input onClick=”_gaq.push([‘_trackEvent’, ‘Join’, ‘Sign Up’, ‘homepage’]);” type=”submit” value=”Subscribe”/>

    But I doubt if that works, because the actual button that people click says something else. I have customized it with Popupally and it says something else entirely.

    How do I get into the actual code that is being used for the button on Popupally?

    Thank you!

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to add raw code to PopupAlly (for now). For tracking purpose, I would recommend setting up a goal in Google Analytics and link it to the Thank You page after signing up. We have a quick tutorial on how to set up the Thank You page here (https://ambitionally.com/popupally/tutorials/thank-you-page-setup/)

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks for the answer…
    I did think of setting the thank you page as a goal in GA. But I want to track different optins, so the easiest would have been to have the actual click on the button as an event.

    Now I’m going to have to set up different thank you pages. I preferred to keep it simple. But no problem, just a bit more work ??

    Thank you…
