    Hi @monikamttp,

Your current configuration indicates that you have to obtain consent for Statistics, therefore Analytics is only loaded after the user accepts at least the Statistics category.

If you feel this is not necessary for your case, verify that you have the following set-up:

“Do you target visitors from Germany, Austria, Belgium and/or Spain?” set to No under Wizard -> General -> Visitors
“Yes, with Google Analytics” under Wizard -> General -> Statistics and all three checkboxes enabled under “Does the following apply to your website?”
    – On the next page, Statistics – configuration, “Do you want to ask for consent for statistics?” set to No

    Kind regards, Jarno

Thank you I did it. But still I cannot see the traffic from the region where I am. Does it need a period of time to apply?

    Hi @monikamttp,

The changes you made in Complianz had the intended effect, as Google Analytics (and its’ cookies) are now being loaded immediately; without prior consent for Statistics being required!

    Kind regards, Jarno
