    Hi,
We’ve been using WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration on one of our sites for over a year without problem.
However, 1 month ago it stopped tracking ecommerce transactions.
Visitors are still tracked in Analytics and the tracking code is in the source of the /checkout/order-received/ page but no transactions are logged in Analytics.
WP, WC and all plugins are at their most up to date versions.
    Can you help please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @rur165

The conflict testing hasn’t shown up any issues but takes time as the transactions don’t show up in Analytics straight away anyway.

We already have version 1.5.3 installed – to be honest we installed it straight away hoping it would resolve the issue.

    Thanks

BINGO! Transactions are tracking through GA4.

I switched the client from UA to GA4.

It’s not perfect as period comparisons between UA & GA4 aren’t a ‘thing’ and apparently it’s not yet possible to schedule email reports direct from GA4. But it does at least give the client back some transactional info.

    Hello @thewebsmiths,

Great! Thanks for letting us know about it. Regarding the initial issue with UA, could you please get back to us via the ongoing ticket so that we can continue looking?

    Thank you.

@thewebsmiths Why did you report this topic? I’m not seeing anything remotely security related at all here.

    What am I missing?
