    Good day
We have made a new google analytics account for our account and uninstalled any GA plugins. We have now installed the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin but are finding that the visitors are not been properly tracked. Even if we test with incognito mode or through a phone it is not picking it up. Some visitors are picked up but not all. Any help with be great if you can,

    Hello @clicknplant,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I can’t detect the tracking script using the Tag Assistant as well, I have a feeling it has to do with this cookie notice widget.

The best way to determine this is by performing a full conflict test.

    You can start by:

    • Temporarily switching your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and the Google Analytics Integration
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know how it goes!
