Google Analytics Tags to URL?

    I forgot to add, I post to facebook as {post_content} with share a link to my blog. So the FB post is basically a title with the Post description as the link back to my site. It is this {post_content} that needs to be wrapped in the link to my site with all the Analytical tracking information.

    I post to facebook as {post_content} with “Share a link to your blog post” as the next option.

    So I would like this Link to the blog post to be wrapped with the google analytics tags.
