Google Analytics tracking

Hi there!

We’ve noticed that credit cards payments are not being tracker by google analytics under Conversions > Sales Performance. The reports from Woocommerce and Google Analytics are not the same.

This requires a payment gateway that redirects to the thank you/order received page after payment. More on this can be found at this link. What payment gateway are you using on your store?

When I tested an order (#) I was able to see the correct data returned to Google Analytics (#). Please note that the information does take time to show in Google Analytics as it’s not tracked like “Real-time” data is.

If you are still having this issue, try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Pro to see if this resolves the issue.

Correct, PayPal Pro is working as expected as it returns customers to the order confirmation page. Here you will see an order from today:

As for your issue, you may want to try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Pro to see if this resolves the issue. If so, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

I am not sure what you’re asking, could you explain?

Please disregard. I figured it out. We’re using outdated plugin of https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-pro-hosted/ . We’ll need to update this to fix the redirection to thankyou page after payment.
