Google Analytics Tracking

    There has been a problem for some time in tracking chats in Google Analytics. We helped you with some testing a few months ago which didn’t successfully progress.

    I see the option is missing now in Settings. Could you provide us with an update please.

    Hi there,

    There’s been a change of ownership of this plugin, so i’m not aware of the tests you’re mentioning. Unfortunately we’ve had to remove the ‘Google Analytics’ option from our settings section as we found that this feature wasn’t working very well.

    That being said, we do plan to properly re-add this feature to the plugin. Apologies for this.
