• Hi there,
    I have woocommerce and correctly setup enhanced e-commerce tracking via google tag manager.
    However GA does not track the usage of coupon… any hints on how to setup coupon tracking ?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,
    hope you are doing well! ??

    Unfortunately, it’s something that doesn’t depend on us, but a possible solution could by adding the gift cards in the default WooCommerce coupons fields, so the gift cards will be added as coupons and should appear in the GA tracking.

    Could you check if adding the gift card that way, works as you need, please?

    If so, you can hide the default plugin fields and use only the WC coupons fields, by adding the next CSS in your active theme:

    .ywgc_have_code{
      display: none;
    }

    Let us know any news, please.

    Have a nice day!
