Google Anaylitcs showing randomly on pages

Hoping someone could assist.
Multi-site with language switcher.
WebsiteMy site was fine a day ago and then I went in today to change the text in a call to action button and the name of a page.
Updated permalinks and now the one section of the google anaylitics is showing on a random page.

Funny thig is it does not show this in Firefox, I am using IE8.
Updated permalinks and internal links in SEO dashboard as well.
