Google and Bing Errors

I am getting an error witht he XML Sitemap Generator. I saw some things in other forums, but they are related to ask.com. This problem is for both Google and Bing. One installation is on a brand new website and the other is only a few months old. Not a lot of pages and no other errors. Here is the full error I get
