You will get that result if you leave /wp-content open to be indexed by the search engines.

Add these lines to a site’s robots.txt and the directory will not get indexed.

User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-content

This is not a plugin issue. It’s an issue with poor website development. The same will occur with any plugin within that directory
