Google API and GDPR

    We would like to use the plugin but are not sure if the integration of the Google API fits the GDPR Compliance.

    Is the Google API Key only needed to get the LAT LONG Information for the vector maps or does the plugin use Google js-files that actually track the user?

    Hi @agenturanmut
    The plugin does not require Google API to work. It will only use the Google API in the administration, if you decide to do so, to help you get the coordinates, when creating the map. For the site visitors the API is never used and there’s no file from google loaded.
