Google API key is displaying in browser

I’m not seeing it. Is this resolved?

Depending on which maps API you use, if the key is properly restricted, someone gaining access to it would not do them any good. There are a variety of ways to protect your key, depending on which API you’re using. See https://developers.google.com/maps/api-key-best-practices

I have attached a link in which you can clearly see api key is showing when some one inspects elements in browser. I need to hide this key by somehow. I am using google places,map api. Waiting for your response.

You don’t need to hide this, as you can restrict the usage of that key to your site (example.com, https://www.example.com) via the Google control panels.

Thanks for your reply. Is it true that if API KEY is present in script tags so did hackers can get into site to put malicious stuff?

Restrict use of the API key to specific sites to avoid abuse of your Google assets. It cannot be used to “get into” your site, however.
