Google API vs OAuth

    I inherited a site from another wp designer.

    She had the Google API entered correctly in Simple Calendar settings, but the events are not feeding to site.

    I went through the process of obtaining a new API key but nothing happened. I also verified the domain in “credentials”.

    I’m not familiar with how to use OAuth, is there something I need to do with that?

  • Did you enter the specific Google calendar id in the “Google Calendar Settings” of Simple calendar. Also make sure there are events in Google Calendar for the time period you have set in Simple Calendar.

    I went to the calendar itself and saw that client does not have any upcoming events scheduled. Created a test event and all came through fine.
