Google Auth 2.0 notification does not go away

The following notification message is displayed near the top of every page in the admin UI:

"To help keep your account secure, starting May 30, 2022, ??Google will no longer support the use of third-party apps or devices which ask you to sign in to your Google Account using only your username and password."

The notification has an X to close it, but it reappears the next time an admin UI page is loaded. How do I make it go away permanently?

Please note that we are not using the Gmail API but the SendGrid API. We did have the Gmail API configured in the past, though. Maybe there is some lingering config item in the database?
