Google Authorship Not Working.. HELP!

  • If you know anything about G+ and Google Authorship I could do with a hand..
    I think I’ve done everything I can to get my Google authorship working.
    I just can’t get past the final point re. Verificating my Email.
    On the Google ‘Structured Data Testing Tool’ this come up:

    Email verification has not established authorship for this webpage.
    Email address on the joseph-hall.com domain has been verified on this profile: Yes
    Public contributor-to link from Google+ profile to joseph-hall.com: Yes
    Automatically detected author name on webpage: Not Found.

    If anyone has any recommendations I would be very pleased to hear them!

  • Joseph, not sure if you figured this out. I am using the SEO by Yoast plugin and was having the same problem. Then I realized I hadn’t added my Google+ account to the contact settings for the WordPress user account. Try going in to edit the user profile and add the Google + profile url.
